Always Connections exists to keep relationships alive, reinvigorate the workplace, and celebrate those who have gone before us. This policy explains what may be imported when a member chooses to connect an account or use an import feature.
Information that may be used
With permission, imported or connected accounts may provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, memorial dates, workplace relationships, and other meaningful dates the member chooses to store.
How the information is organized
Imported people and dates are organized into Personal, Professional, and Commemorative connection buckets so reminders and gift suggestions can be prepared for member approval.
Member control
Members can review consent and connection settings from their profile. Nothing is sent to a connection without approval, and connected-account permissions can be changed or removed.
Storage and privacy
Imported information is stored in Supabase for the member account. Account connection handles are stored server-side and encrypted. Always Connections does not sell member data.
